1.Corporate Planning & Reporting

1.1 Sort Draft Action by Action Code

On the 'My Draft Actions' and 'View all Draft Actions' pages, Draft Actions are now sorted by their action codes in the 'This Year (Draft Action)' column.  

1.2 Ability to Report on Actions based on Multiple Frequencies

Pulse Software has enhanced the system to allow the CPR Admin to set multiple frequencies for the Reporting Year and Period and can set Actions for multiple frequencies. The Responsible Officer will be able to report against an Action based on the set frequency for each Action.

2. Project Management & Control

2.1 Progress Comments Formatting Fixed

Uses will now have the ability to enter Progress Comments in a dot/bullet point list against a project.  

Issues resolved

Excel Export Formatting Fixed (All modules)

  • Excel exports have been fixed to align with the web grids

Human Capital Management (Onboarding)

  • Organisational Task Due date is working as expected to reflect the dates in 'Days Before Unlock' & 'Days Before Due'

Delegations & Policy Register

  • The button when assigning/unassigning delegations has been fixed to reflect the correct status
