Corporate Planning & Reporting

Ability to set an Action Status to completed

  • This feature enables System Admins to set an Action Status to "completed".  This means further updates for an Action with this status type are no longer required when this status was selected when the last update was made by the Responsible Officer (CPR> Admin > Manage Action Statuses).
  • This will ensure that Users no longer receive notifications to update Actions with these statuses.

Corporate Planning & Reporting - Additional Hierarchies

Document Generator - Ability to filter by Action Additional Attributes

  • Word-based reports generated can now be filtered by additional attributes captured against each Action (CPR> Document Generator).
  • This feature is applicable to additional attributes where the attribute type selected is Lookup.

Document Generator - Ability to sort Actions table by columns displayed

  • System Admins are able to configure the action table to display a select list of columns.  This feature enables the System Admin sort the data displayed in the action table by the content listed in the columns included (CPR> Document Generator).

Human Capital Management - Learning & Accreditation Management

Ability to mark SCORM course as completed

  • Imported SCORM courses can now be marked as being completed by the System Admins of the Learning module (HCM (L)> eLearning Report).   This will also add the course completion to a User's training history.

Enterprise Risk Management

Document Generator - Ability to filter Risk Area Report by Risk Additional Attibutes

  • Word-based reports generated can now be filtered by additional attributes captured against each Risk (ERM> Document Generator).
