The goal of the Customer Voting Portal is to balance new product development in line with customer requests while contributing to the long-term product roadmap. Each module has its own voting portal, directly accessible from the Admin pages in Pulse, and enhancement requests are transparent meaning it allows you to see the suggestions from other Pulse customers. If there is an enhancement you believe would be beneficial to other customers – speak with your network! We encourage you to use the portal as a platform to help communicate your needs as a user group. This will ensure Pulse delivers strategic and customer driven enhancements along with features to help align strategies, people, and organisational performance.

1. Corporate Planning & Reporting - Performance Reporting Framework

1.1 Ability to retain and display CPI/OPI additional links in Additional Hierachies after rollover

All CPI and OPI viewing pages will now have the ability to retain and display additional links in additional hierarchies after the rollover process. This eliminates the need to relink carried-over CPIs and OPIs in additional hierarchies in the new reporting year. Linkages against CPIs can be found through the following steps;

Step 1: Login to Pulse and go to PRF module

Step 2: Go to the PRF > My Indicators

Step 3: Under My CPIs, click on the view button for any performance measure for the current year

Step 4: Navigate to the ‘’LINKAGES’’ section to view the existing links within additional hierarchies

Issues resolved

Forms

  • Fixed an issue where the 'Date' field was not correct when retrieving date placeholder values in Form submission pages.

Security

  • Fixed an issue where the 'Document Category' record was not showing up as soon as it is created on the 'Manage Document categories' page.

Delegations & Policies Register

  • Fixed an issue where Export to excel was not working on the 'Disclosure of Interest' page.

Performance Reporting Framework

  • Fixed an issue where the Actual field and YTD fields not rounding when a report was generated using Document Generator.

Project Management & Control

  • Fixed an issue where the scrollbar was not visible on the "Return on investment" dropdown.

Incident & Claim management

  • Fixed an issue where the 'Submit on Behalf' button was at the end of the page and users had to scroll to the bottom of the page to click the button.

Audit

  • Fixed an issue where users with view access were able to delete documents within Service Areas.

Learning

  • Fixed an issue where when scrolling at the bottom of the 'Manage eLearning' page, the options were obscured and were unable to be used.

Recruitment

  • Fixed an issue where when listing a job to SEEK, the 'Sub-classification' dropdown was not working as expected.
  • Fixed an issue where Job Ad Description functionality did not support the Archived jobs.

Onboarding Module

  • Fixed an issue where the horizontal scrollbar was not displaying across the forms page.
