Human Capital Management - Learning & Accreditation Management

Ability to Unassign an eLearning Course

  • This feature allows Systems to unassign an eLearning course from a User, both those selected by the Users themselves and those assigned to the User by the System Admins (Learning > Admin > Manage assigned eLearning and attempts).
  • Completed eLearning courses appear on the Users My eLearning page and will appear in the User's My Training History page.

Ability for Supervisor's to run My Staff reports

  • This reporting feature has been added to the Supervisor Dashboard to enable Supervisor's to run the following reports for their teams (Learning > Supervisor Dashboard).

Enterprise Risk Management

Ability to view flags on the Risk Review screen

  • In addition to the View Details screen of a risk, Custom flags will now appear in the Risk review screen for reference (My Risks > Review/Update Risk).

  • System checks when deleting nodes (Service Areas) will now also include linked actions

  • The All Controls Report has been enhanced to only include controls tied to Restricted Risks. These are only for those Users that are linked to that restricted risk
