Ability to select default Risk Management categories to be applied to projects
System administrators of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) module are able to specify which categories will appear in the Project Management & Control (PMC) module when a user is adding a risk to the Risk Log
This option is found on the Manage Risk Categories page where the System Admin can either edit a pre-existing Category to be included or select this option when adding a new Category.
Both options and the resultant list in the PMC module are shown in the screenshots below
Ability to differentiate between Internal and External training sessions
When creating a session, the System Admin is able to specify whether the sessions are delivered by Internal employees or by an External Trainer
Sessions owners are able to update this detail for sessions that they manage.
The Session Calendar can be filtered by Training Type
This option can be either be specified during the creation of the session or managed by the session owner as shown in the screenshots below
Accreditations Requirements Report
By linking accreditations to groupings and then linking accreditations to positions, the system will then populate the Position Accreditation Checklist
These options are configured in the Accreditations section of the Admin screen as shown in the screenshots below
Functional Position Accreditation Checklist Report
This report shows which accreditations are held by a Staff member and which of those are required or optional for their position.
In this screen System Admins are able to Add, Verify and Renew staff member Accreditations
These options are visible in the Position Accreditation Checklist report
Password reset on first log in, with validation password rules
This feature applies to newly implemented sites where all users have been loaded by way of an import
When a new user logs in to Pulse for the first time, Pulse now requires the user to change their default provided password to a personally specified password before proceeding
Pulse has introduced validation rules against passwords. Passwords must now include:
an upper case character
a lower case character
a number
a minim of 6 characters in length
