1. Project Management & Control

1.1 Gantt Chart Usability Improvements

The following PMC Gantt chart improvements have been made to enhance usability and functionality for users:

  • Customisable columns
  • Option to view by week, month or quarter
  • Option to show/hide weekends
  • Ability to show milestones
  • Optimised PDF exports for better readability

More information on the new improvements is shown below.

Customisable Columns: The left-hand side columns can now be customised to show additional information such as Status and Duration. Users can also resize columns to optimise space.

Option to View by Week, Month or Quarter & Show/Hide Weekends: Users can adjust the Gantt chart by the week, month or quarter view. Users can also toggle to show/hide weekends.

Ability to show milestones: Users will also have the ability to show milestones in the Gantt chart. When adding tasks, if the user selects the same start and due date (as shown below), they will have the option to show the task as a milestone on the Gantt chart.

2. Human Capital Management (Performance)

2.1 Displaying Last Check-in Date on Reviewer Dashboard

Reviewers and HCM Performance Admins now have the ability to view when the last Check-in entry was made. This information is displayed below the Check-in button.

3. eRecruitment

3.1 Ability to Archive Closed Jobs in Job Listing Page

On the 'Job Listing' page on eRecruitment, Admins now have the ability to archive closed job listings on the page.

The archived job listing will be moved to the 'Archived jobs' page where archived items can be viewed and unarchived. Unarchiving job listings will automatically move the item back to the 'Job Listing' page.
