Human Capital Management - Learning & Accreditation Management

Auto send calendar invite when a user is booked into a session

  • Session owners have the ability to manage the details and attendees for every session.
  • When adding attendees to a session, the Sessions Owner now has the option to send the added attendees an email calendar invite.
  • This option can be seen as shown in the screenshots below


Project Management & Control

Ability to reorder Project Tasks

  • Project tasks are now sorted by the order they appear than by date.
  • Project Managers can move sections of their project plans by reordering the parent tasks.
  • Project Managers can move sections of their project plans by reordering the child tasks.
  • This option can be seen as shown in the screenshots below


Corporate Planning & Reporting

Ability to provide progress updates at node levels

  • The Actions Hierarchy contains nodes that sit above the Action. Node owners can provide progress updates at any configured level with customisable progress update statuses.
  • This option can be setup by the System Admins as shown in the screenshots below

Ability to add an additional attribute to update when making node progress updates

  • Node owners can provide additional information to support a progress update captured against a node.
  • This option can setup by the System Admins as shown in the screenshots below

  • The Service Areas page (new feature) loads with the new tab layout
  • Ability to save filters has been added to the My Draft Actions screen
  • Attachments uploaded during progress updates either download to device or open in another window


Performance Reporting Framework

  • Load time on Comparative Data Report has been refined
  • CPI Update Escalation notification has been updated to go to Authorising Officers


Human Capital Management - Onboarding

  • Attachments uploaded during progress updates either download to device or open in another window
  • Capability to save partially completed forms for later completion has been added
  • The text editing capability has been improved
  • Notifications from Pulse have been extended to also appear in the User's Pulse Notification inbox as well as in their chosen email client
  • Load time on Manage Portal page has been refined
  • The range of image formats has been extended as cover page images for course cover tiles

  • Video management within eLearning courses has been enhanced
  • User's permissions have been fully tested and operates as per specification

  • Downloading of .zip file of all completed reviews has been extended to multiple browser types

  • Word report generation and template design within the Document Generator has been extended
  • Discussion board comments in Chrome have been extended to include images
  • User's permissions have been fully tested and operates as per specification


Enterprise Risk Management

  • Filtering by Unit has been fully tested and operates as per specification


Delegations and Policies Register

  • Policy related Notifications from Pulse have been refined and tested and are operational
