New Features and Enhancements
1. Delegations & Policies Register
1.1 Ability to Rearrange Lookup Values Under Additional AttributesWhen adding or editing Additional Attributes, DPR Admins now have the option to rearrange lookup values into order. The rearranged order of the lookup values will also be reflected in the end user's side.
This feature is also implemented in the following modules:
- Corporate Planning & Reporting
- Performance Reporting Framework
- Learning Management & Accreditations
- Project Management & Control
In Delegations & Policies Register, admins can now view all policy acknowledgements in a report. The 'All Policy Acknowledgements' report has been added in the left hand menu under the Reports section.
2. Human Capital Management (Learning)
2.1 Additional Export Options in ReportsIn Learning & Training, users will now have options to export report records. The options are outlined below:
- Export current view: Allows users to export & download the set number of records displayed on the current page (Note: the number of displayed records on the page can be changed by clicking on the 'More options' icon).
- Export Filtered Records: Allows users to export & download ALL records in the system WITH applied filters.
- Export All: Allows users to export & download ALL records in the system with NO applied filters.
3. Notifications Administration
3.1 Newly Updated Module Names in Notifications AdministrationWhen creating a notification, the Pulse Module drop-down list will be updated with new module names for better clarity. Please refer to the table below for the name changes:
4. Applicant Tracking & Recruitment
4.1 Ability to View a Candidate's Provided Information in a New TabATR Hiring Managers/Members are able to open a candidate's Answer (form response), Resume and Cover letter pages in a new separate tab. This allows Hiring Managers/Members to easily switch between tabs when assessing candidates.
Issues resolved

- The 'Responsible Officer Reminder (Run Once) notification is working as expected
Delegations & Policies Register
- A position can now be added to a policy on the Manage Policies page
Applicant Tracking & Recruitment (eRecruitment)
- The Offer Approval History is now working as expected
Incidents & Claims Management 2.0
- The My Tasks & Approvals page is now working as expected
