HCM On-boarding
Task Complete Notification
- HCM On-boarding notifies HCM admins and Staff supervisors when a new Employee ticks an on-boarding task as complete.
- This option can be turned on in the task setup screen as shown
- The notification can be managed from the Manage Notifications Screen
HCM Learning
Ability for session owner to add users to a session
- HCM Learning has now introduced the feature where a session owner can now manage attendees, alleviating the need for an Admin intervention
- When creating a new session the option will need to be selected as shown
- Once this option is checked, the session owner can add attendees from the Manage Sessions screen by clicking the Manage Attendees button as shown.
Delegations & Policy Register
Bulk assign delegation to positions
- The process of assigning delegations to positions has been improved significantly with the introduction of the Bulk Assign feature
- This can be accessed via Admin->Bulk Assign Delegations
- From the screen that loads, select the desired delegations (1) and positions (2) and click on the button (3) to perform the assignment.
Project Management & Control
Bulk Deletion of Tasks - PMC
- In the previous versions of PMC, deletion of parent tasks were not allowed until all child tasks were deleted separately
- PMC has a feature now, where it is possible to delete all parent and child tasks with a single click.
Pulse Security
- The user interface of the User Management screen has been significantly improved to enhance readability and to make use of screen real estate efficiently.
- As shown in the screenshot below, the second and third columns contain important information pertaining to the user.
- All operations can be access by clicking on the three dots as marked.
- The excel exports remain unchanged.
