1. Incident Management
1.1 Records requiring action to be permanently highlighed on the Tasks and Approval pageWhen a user receives a notification for a record requiring action and clicks on the link, they are now able to easily locate the record requiring the action on the 'My Tasks & Approvals' page. The record on the page will permanently highlight until an action is made.
When a user receives a notification of a task assigned, there is a now a link in the notification to direct them to the 'My Tasks' page where they can view their assigned tasks.
Issues resolved
Corporate Planning & Reporting
- The Action grid & Reporting Period filtering are now working as expected
- The Task Update Reminder Notification recurring function has been fixed
- Outstanding Tasks is now working as expected
- Hierarchy can now be rolled back when progress is made for Actions KPI's in that year
Learning Management
- Generating course packages in eLearning report is now working as expected
- Downloading "Export All" records in Training Histories has been fixed
Performance Management
- Tasks (operations) used as goals in Performance set phase can now be viewed
Project Management & Control
- Tasks can now be added from a template
- Import tasks in tasks log is now working as expected
