Corporate Planning & Reporting

Ability to set up and provide Service Level Updates

  • System Admins have the ability to also setup progressing reporting on any of the Service Area Levels (nodes) on your Strategic Hierarchy (CPR > Admin > Service Area  Progress Update Setup).
  • This feature allows for Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Plan, Operational Plan progress reporting in addition to the Operational Action progressing reporting that is already being provided.
  • Configuration of this option can be seen in the screenshots below
  • Once configured, the Responsible Office can find and update their My Actions screen


Human Capital Management - Learning & Accreditation Management

Ability for users to book training sessions for approved training requests

  • When approving a training request in the Training Requests by User Screen (HCM(P) > Admin > Training Request by User), when approving a training request a System Admin can opt to allow the User requesting the training to book their own session.
  • This option can be seen in the screenshots below
  • The User can now create their own session by clicking on the link on their Dashboard


Delegations & Policy Register

A new Policy Acknowledgement notification has been added to the module

  • Each module has notifications that are specific to the items in that module.  System Admins now have the ability to set up an Outstanding Policies Acknowledgement Reminder (DPR > Admin > Manage Notifications > + Add a New Notification).
  • System Admins can choose to run this notification on a specific date or daily.  Users will only received notifications for those policies that are assigned to them and that they have not acknowledged as yet.
  • This option can be seen in the screenshots below
  • This notification will now appear in the list with all of the other notifications

System Enhancements

This section lists the enhancements requested by our Users

Human Capital Management - Learning

  • Sessions listed in the request training screen will be greyed out if they have reached the maximum number of attendees
  • Training Request Approvers are now able to see the full session details and any forms completed by the Requestor in their My Tasks & Approvals screen
  • When requesting training Users can add a course to the Staff Defined Category if they can not find the course in the predefined course catalogue.  This option is not on by default and should you want this feature enabled, please send an email to support@lgss.com.au requesting for it to be turned on.

Enterprise Risk Management

  • The residual bar and risk count functionality has been expanded to take in to account filters applied in the My Risks Screen
  • Closing a Risk Review screen without saving now has a popup asking you to confirm that you would like to exit without saving

  • Enrolling of a new user is working as expected

Human Capital Management - Learning

  • Popups are working as expected and sitting above all frames displayed in the screen

Human Capital Management - Performance

  • Document count and User Documents match
  • The Mange Users page is working as expected and displaying each User's Unit

Project Management & Control

  • Notifications are working as expected and utilising the html code to display customised content
  • Updating risks in the Risk Register of a Project is working as expected
  • Configurable Tooltips are displaying customised content as configured by the System Admin
  • PMP Approvals are going to the specific approvers selected within roles selected in the Project

Delegations & Policies Register

  • Executions are working as expected and only logging an execution when the user clicks on + Log Execution
  • Compliances are displaying only a single occurrence of each Compliance

Fees & Charges Register

  • The Hide All Locked In Fees checkbox is working as expected when more than one filter is applied in the All Fees Screen

Forms

  • Summary field on tables is working as expected

Pulse Security

  • Bulk exporting is working as expected to update multiple usernames at one time
