New Features and Enhancements

1.Project Management & Control

1.1 Ability to select project roles in the notification setting
  • System admins can select project roles (to be notified)  from a multi-select dropdown on the following notifications :

         -Project update reminder with frequency- Recurring

          -Milestone Due date reminder-recurring

1.2 Ability to edit risks by system users
  • System users can now edit the risks if they have permission to edit project execution.

2.Human Capital Management - Learning & Accreditation Management

2.1 Ability to filter by "User Groups" in the reports
  • The "User Groups" filter and the "Position" filter have been added to the following reports:

            -Supervisor Dashboard -> Staff Training History Report

             -Supervisor Dashboard -> Staff Accreditations

             -Supervisor Dashboard -> Staff eLearning Report

             -Reports -> User Accreditations

             -Reports -> eLearning Report

             -Reports -> Training Histories

             -Reports -> All Training Request Histories

  • Both the user group and position drop downs are multi-select, and users can filter by more than one position and user group.
2.2 Adding admins as recipients to the “Training session changed” notification
  • System admins can configure the “Training session changed” notification to include admins as recipients. Therefore, a notification will be sent to admin when a session updated. In addition, an extra placeholder as {Owner} has been added to the notification.
2.3 Introducing Tin Can Courses
  • Pulse now supports the TinCan format of eLearning courses.
  • TinCan courses can be uploaded using the option highlighted below.

3.Corporate Planning & Reporting

3.1 Ability to show multiple quarters of progress comments on the report
  • System admins can run a the document generator to show two or more reporting periods. A multiselect drop-down has been added to the report, and admins can select Q2 and Q3 as an example to view on a report.
3.2 Ability to select "Not required update status" for the actions
  • System Admins can select one or more statuses as "Not required update status" in the Admin--> General setting page. And if an action has been carried forward with the selected status from last period or rolled over from last year, the icon will be gray with the "Update not required" tooltip on the following pages:

        -View All Action

        -My Action

        -Action Authorisation

        -Action comments approval

  • Even if the icon is gray, user can click and update the Action.

4. Delegations & Policy Register

4.1 Certificate improvement
  • System admins can now select multiple delegations per selected position.
  • Both landscape orientation and portrait orientation are supported.
  • System admins can upload their own template including logo, header, footer, text, and system will create the certificate based on the template. In addition, {Title} and {UserProfile} are available as new  placeholders.

5. Applicant Tracking & Recruitment

5.1 Ability to view summary of Questionnaires
  • An additional option called "Summary" has been added to Questionnaire tab--> reviewer dropdown to show the summary of the answers.
  • The first section in the summary page shows the number of participated reviewers vs the number of reviewers and its ratio, and the total score of the questionnaire, combined from every reviewer's score.
  • The second section on the summary page shows the questions in the questionnaire list in the same order as shown in the questionnaire. If it is a quantitative answer, i.e. questions-with-responses type, the scores will be shown with a horizontal bar graph, an average score, and the standard deviation. If it is a qualitative answer, i.e. written answers, present the number of reviewers who answered this question vs the number of the participated reviewers and its ratio.
  • The "Application score", and "Internal score" tags have been added to the candidate tab. This "Internal score" sums up all scores from all interview questionnaires.

Issues resolved

Corporate Planning & Reporting

  • On the "View All Action" page, task progress comments will show the filtered reporting year/period instead of the default year/period.
  • Service Area will show the correct roll-up percentage based on the action progress percentage and weighting.
  • Values of the additional attribute of the "Dropdown type" will be appeared in the document generator report.

Delegations & Policy Register

  • Delegations assigned to the additional position will appear on the end date of the additional position.
