New Features and Enhancements

A new "YTD Calculation Type" has been added, which includes various types of calculation such as YTD Sum (FY), YTD Average (FY), YTD Sum (CY), YTD Average (CY) items.

YTD Sum (FY)– is the sum of Actuals entered against the CPI in the selected reporting Financial Year.

YTD Average (FY) - is the average Actuals entered against the CPI in the selected reporting Financial Year.

YTD Sum (CY) – is the sum of Actuals entered against the CPI in the selected reporting Calendar Year

YTD Average(CY) - is the average Actuals entered against the CPI in the selected reporting Calendar Year.

In the All CPI, My CPI and CPI Authorisation pages, on the update pop-up, the YTD Actual value will be automatically calculated by the system.
In the CPI progress report, this value is has been added as a column on the excel report.
In the Document generator reports, the YTD calculation type column has been added to the CPI configurable report, and CPI configurable report by hierarchy.

A new "calculated indicator" type has been added to the system. Using this type, System admins can create their own mathematical equations by selecting indicators, adding operators and mathematical expressions.
On the All CPI and My CPI page, when a target includes calculation, the actual result will be calculated by the system and will be read-only.

System admins can create 8 types of CPI Update reminder notifications based on the reporting frequency (Yearly, Half Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly) to remind officers to update their CPIs. They can set a recurrence or set a specific date to send the notification.

Corporate Planning & Reporting

When the action update additional attribute information has been entered and the reporting period has been changed, the action update additional attributes will carry forward if chosen to do. It will also carry forward if admin roll over for the year.

Delegations & Policy Register

User is able to see any policies under the "My Policy" page if policies have been assigned to the position of the user.
On the "Search delegation" page, search by flag is not showing delegations that have been ended in the past.
